Moisture Resistant Doors for Humid Areas
Our moisture-resistant doors utilise water-resistant panels, a melamine finish, and a reinforced edge-banding system, thereby enhancing their stability in damp environments.
The structure of the door leaf’s decorative panel has been specially designed to reduce water absorption, minimising the risk of swelling, warping, and edge blistering caused by contact with moisture during use.
The surface of the moisture-resistant doors features a melamine finish, which is naturally highly hydrophobic; water droplets simply roll off the surface, effectively reducing moisture penetration. The reinforced edge-sealing system further enhances their protective performance in high-humidity environments.
Thanks to these moisture-resistant measures, the doors offer more consistent performance, helping to minimise various after-sales issues.

Moisture Resistant Doors That Help Prevent Warping
Our moisture-resistant doors are constructed using high-density, water-resistant panels with a density of 0.82 g/cm³, which is higher than that of standard interior door core materials. This effectively reduces moisture penetration, helping to minimise post-sales issues caused by damp and ensuring the door maintains stable performance over the long term.
The board’s water absorption and expansion rate is just 12.3%, helping to minimise issues such as swelling, warping, and delamination caused by moisture, thereby enhancing overall stability and reducing maintenance risks in high-humidity areas such as flats, hotels, and bathrooms.
Moisture Resistant Doors That Reduce Swelling and Edge Failure
Our moisture-resistant doors utilise PUR edge-banding technology, which is based on moisture-curing reactive polyurethane hot-melt adhesive. When heated, the hot-melt adhesive not only melts but also undergoes a chemical reaction with moisture in the air, forming an irreversible and more robust bond. This ensures your moisture-resistant doors benefit from a more secure edge-banding finish, reducing the risk of the bond failing.
Once the hot-melt adhesive in the moisture-resistant door has cured, the adhesive layer will not dissolve. This helps to minimise issues with door swelling, thereby reducing your after-sales costs.

Moisture Resistant Door Supply with Stable Lead Time

Within our company, we have three production workshops specialising in the production of moisture-resistant doors. By dynamically coordinating production capacity, we are able to maintain a consistent lead time of 15–18 days, thereby helping you minimize the risk of delays.
These three workshops offer a total of over 36 colour options, giving you greater flexibility to match different interior design styles and project requirements. Furthermore, all three workshops offer colour customisation, with colour samples available within as little as seven days.
Moisture Resistant Door Project Success Stories in Real Applications
See how we help clients handle swelling and deformation risks, colour consistency, urgent delivery, and replacement coordination for moisture-resistant door projects.

For the hotel project in Libya, the client required bathroom doors that complemented the hotel’s style. After reviewing the colour charts, we ultimately recommended moisture-resistant doors. This is because the bathroom is the area of the hotel with the highest humidity, where water vapour is constantly present. Our moisture-resistant doors utilise moisture-resistant panels combined with a PUR edge-banding process, followed by a fully sealed treatment around the perimeter of the door leaf, effectively preventing moisture from penetrating the interior of the door. Having been in use for a year and a half, the door leaf remains stable, with no signs of swelling, warping or edge-banding failure.

The kitchen environment is characterised by both humidity and heat, placing extremely high demands on the stability of the door panels. In our Vietnamese project, our moisture-resistant doors were installed in the kitchen; the edges of the door panels are finished with PUR edging, and the surface is covered with a melamine finish. This melamine finish is wear- and scratch-resistant, and is also very easy to clean. Our moisture-resistant doors have now been in place for 10 months and remain in excellent condition.

Balconies are typically quite damp and are easily exposed to rain. In Singaporean flats, our moisture-resistant doors are used on balconies, where they are constantly exposed to the elements. Six months on, there have been virtually no issues.

In the basement of a hotel in Indonesia, our moisture-resistant doors are installed. Basements typically suffer from poor ventilation and often accumulate damp. However, after more than two years of use, the structure of the door leaves remains unchanged, and the moisture-resistant doors continue to perform well in terms of moisture protection.

Trusted Moisture Resistant Doors for Global Projects
Our moisture-resistant doors are made from water-resistant panels and feature a PUR edge-banding process, which effectively prevents moisture from penetrating the door. Their sealed construction significantly reduces the risk of swelling, warping, and edge-band cracking caused by changes in humidity.
Our moisture-resistant panels have a density of 0.82 g/cm³ and a water absorption thickness expansion rate of just 12.3%, which is far below the industry standard of 35%. This ensures the doors possess excellent moisture resistance and long-term structural stability in high-humidity environments such as bathrooms, kitchens, and balconies.
No. We employ a standardised melamine and surface finish control system, and implement strict process management across the entire production batch to ensure there are no noticeable colour variations between doors in large orders, maintaining a high degree of visual consistency.
Moisture-resistant doors are widely used in bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, laundry rooms, basements, as well as in hotels and apartments. They are specifically designed for indoor spaces subject to humidity fluctuations and damp conditions.
Daily maintenance of moisture-resistant doors is very simple; they only require regular cleaning and should be kept away from prolonged direct contact with water. No additional complex maintenance is required.
Yes. We have multiple automated production lines and a stable supply chain system, with a daily production capacity exceeding 400–500 sets. We are able to meet the large-volume order requirements of hotels, apartments, and commercial projects, whilst ensuring consistent delivery times and quality.
